The move was split into six daily phases, moving a complete floor each day to minimise disruption. Once the "people move" was complete, Xpress undertook the task of clearing the old buildings. Furniture that could be salvaged was donated to local schools and charities. Items that could not be re-distributed were carefully dismantled, split down and taken to the relevant recycling centres.
